Brunei Press launched the quality campaign 2022/2023 with the slogan ‘Quality Starts With Me’ yesterday. Present to witness the launch were staff and Management of Brunei Press Sdn Bhd.
General Manager Mohd Najmuddin bin Abdul Razak delivered a talk regarding the two aims of the quality campaign. “We want to raise our products and services quality by raising our work standard and ensure our actions are aligned with our aim,” he said.
The general manager also highlighted the “PDCA” Method: PLAN what you are going to doing, DO what you have planned, CHECK if you did it right and ACT on anything that went wrong to avoid errors of the same nature in the future.
Staff members collectively signed their names on a poster as a pledge to uphold the quality of the company’s product and services.
